Physicals
- Certified DOT Physicals - Only $65. Appointments are recommended and are available Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Our DOT/CDL physical exams meet the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration requirements. To schedule an appointment, please call 419.484.5407.
