Tuition Assistance Program
Part time and full time team members can be reimbursed for up to 75% of the tuition for job-related courses.

TBH will pay for continuing education so you can grow professionally and have a positive impact on our hospital, team members and our patients.
Professional Certifications and Registrations
TBH will reimburse the cost of professional certifications and registrations upon the successful completion of the renewal when it is a requirement of your position (professional licensure fees not included).
On-site BLS / ACLS / PALS Courses
These certifications are offered at no cost to our team members when it is a requirement of your position. Some exceptions may apply.
In-services, Lunch-n-Learns
There are opportunities to learn throughout the year through in-services and Lunch-n-Learns. Some job-related in-services offer CEU credits. Other events may be focused on wellness, benefits and other areas of interest.
