Type 2 diabetes is the most common type of diabetes, therefore, prevention is a big deal. It is especially important to make diabetes prevention a priority if you are at an increased risk of diabetes. This class will help participants engage in an effective approach to help reduce their risk of type 2 diabetes during Diabetes Awareness Month. During this class we will take a look at what the numbers mean, engage in a lifestyle intervention with activity, discuss healthy eating and weight loss.
