The Bellevue Hospital’s Diabetes Support Group meets on the third Tuesday of each month from 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. in the East Conference Room at The Bellevue Hospital.
The support group is free and open to the public and offers education and resources to help individuals with diabetes maintain a healthy lifestyle. Topics for monthly meetings include diet, exercise, medication management, monitoring and more. Registration is not required.
