The Bellevue Hospital (TBH), The Hospital Council of Northwest Ohio, and the Northwest Ohio Affiliate of Susan G. Komen are teaming together to offer free screening mammograms for patients needing financial assistance (uninsured, under-insured or difficulty meeting high deductibles) in TBH’s service area.
The screenings are being held on Sept. 26, 2017 from 1:00-5:30 p.m. at the Fultz Medical Building Center for Women’s Health in Clyde, and on Oct. 20, 2017 from 7:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. at The Bellevue Hospital.
Appointments are now being taken by contacting TBH’s Centralized Scheduling Department, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The phone number to call is 419.483.4040, Ext. 4326.
Callers will be asked questions designed to make sure they meet all the grant requirements. It is also preferred that participants bring a physician order to their screening mammogram appointment, but this is not mandatory.
