In recognition of The Bellevue Hospital's 100th Anniversary celebration, we are proud to offer you our Centennial Cookbook. Recipes have been collected from our hospital family, friends, neighbors and community members, as we wanted the cookbook to be a reflection of our hospital where all are welcome. We have compiled the tastiest, tried-and-true recipes into a single book that will be treasured for generations to come.
The Centennial Cookbook contains over 300 recipes - everything you need from appetizers to desserts. Special features also include a brief history of The Bellevue Hospital, and cooking tips and tricks, such as measurement conversions and common ingredient substitutions.
The Centennial Cookbook may be purchased online, or at The Bellevue Hospital's Gift Shop. Cookbooks are $17.25 each (plus tax). Shipping and handling charges will be applied for books that are shipped. The profits of the Centennial Cookbook will benefit The Bellevue Hospital's Women Mammography Fund and the Wellness and Walking Trail.
