The Bellevue Hospital's monthly community service Morning and Evening Health Breaks are programs that offer free and reduced health screenings, educational literature, and a registered nurse to answer your health questions.
The Health Breaks will be held on select days each month at The Bellevue Hospitals, located at the 1400 W. Main Street in Bellevue.
The Health Breaks offer free blood pressure and and fasting blood glucose (sugar) checks. Additional screenings are available through Direct Access Laboratroy services. Participants of the screenings can order the lab tests they want or need without a physician's order. Testing available includes:
- A1C Diabetes tests - $20
- Complete Blood Count with Complete Metabolic and Lipid Panel - $60
- Complete Blood Count with Basic Metabolic and Lipid Panel - $50
- Lipid Panel Screening - $20
- TSH (Thyroid) - $25
- PSA (Prostate) - $30
- Stool Occult Blood Screening - $25
- Vitamin D - $35
