The Bellevue Hospital’s Diabetes Support Group meets on the third Tuesday of each month from 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. in the East Conference Room at The Bellevue Hospital, located at 1400 W. Main Street in Bellevue.
The support group is free and open to the public and offers education and resources to help individuals with diabetes maintain a healthy lifestyle. Topics for monthly meetings include diet, exercise, medication management, monitoring and more. Registration is not required.
