Social ServicesOur licensed social workers are available to assist you and your family. They provide supportive counseling for emotional and financial problems that may occur during your hospital stay and can help you plan for care after your hospital stay. Examples of services available through social services include: discussing financial assistance resources and community support services; making arrangements for home health care services, equipment and supplies; providing information on Advance Directives; making hospital referrals; assisting with nursing home or rehabilitation hospital admission. |
