Several Departments are Relocated at The Bellevue Hospital
Making the most effective use of current space limitationsJanuary 7, 2003 -- Several departments within The Bellevue Hospital have been relocated in order to make the most effective use of current space limitations. The Cardiac Rehab, Pulmonary Rehab, and Diabetic Education departments, previously located on the first floor, have been relocated to the second floor, on the south end of the wing near the second floor nurse’s station. Signs directing patients and visitors to the department have been posted. These departments can be reached by phoning (419) 483-4040, Ext. 4303. The Occupational Therapy Department, previously located in Building B directly behind the hospital, has also been relocated to the south wing of the second floor. This department can be reached using Extension 4480. Health Counseling Services and the Senior Treatment Enrichment Program (STEP) Departments, both previously located on the second floor of the hospital, have been relocated to the first floor of Building B, located directly behind the hospital. These departments can be reached using Extension 4446. The Speech Therapy, Integrative Medicine Services, and Audiology Departments have been relocated to the first floor of Building B. These departments can be reached using Extension 4279.
