especially for the younger population. The following listing will give you an
idea of the variety of programs and topics available. We will also work with you
in developing specialized programs for your classroom or meeting...

Babysitting Basics
Courses scheduled through the year, for children 11 years and older.
Call ext. 3067 for the next date a class is scheduled.
 

 

"Germ Busters"
Educational program & demonstration stressing the importance of hand washing.
(All ages)

 

Smoke-Free: You & Me!
Educational program to developed to keep kids from smoking & using tobacco
products.
(All ages)

 

"Meet Choking Charlie"
Heimlich Maneuver, demonstration and instructions.
(Most appropriate: Age 10 & older)

 

CPR
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation classes.
(Most appropriate: 6th Grade & older)

 

"Exercise: It's Energizing"
Physical Therapy Department presents a program on Exercise, Muscles & Motion.
(All ages)

 

Nutrition
Our registered & licensed dietician has developed a variety of programs to
introduce and educate about the 4-Basic Food Groups & Healthy Eating.

First Aid
First aid classes for the younger person.

"It's OK to be Sad"
A special program presented by a licensed counselor to discuss death and
grieving.
