Program
The Bellevue Hospital Employee Discount Program is designed for the benefit
of our employees and local businesses. The program offers a variety of specials
and discounts throughout the area and at our hospital.
Present your Hospital ID Badge to qualify for the discounts and inform the
business that you are a TBH employee at the time of your order or purchase.
The Bellevue Hospital is not affiliated with any of the merchants and
receives no financial or other benefit from these discounts. Please contact the

Acupuncture Services
Acupuncture services with Dr. Susan Graham are offered at a discounted
rate to TBH employees and their immediate family members. Sessions are
$8 each (regularly $55) for smoking cessation or weight loss sessions
only. Appointments are necessary and can be scheduled on Tuesdays from
8:00-11:30 a.m. by phoning Extension 4285.
Aerobic Classes
“Friends for Fitness” Classes offered at a variety of times and days. Employees
new to the program will receive their first class free. Winthrop Bucks may be
used as payment.
Annual Physicals
Free physicals are available for all employees once a year. Contact The Occupational Health
Center, Ext. 4488.
Birthday Meals
Celebrate with a $20 credit for the Main Station Cafe.
Cholesterol Testing
One free cholesterol test is offered each year. Make your appointment by
contacting the Laboratory at Ext. 4245.
Coffee and Tea
Free for employees.
Dietary
Employees may purchase a $20 meal card for $19 at the cashier's desk.
Flu Shot
All employees are eligible for a free flu vaccination each year. Times and
locations to be announced.
Free Parking
Free parking for employees.
Freedom from Smoking
Employees may attend the “Freedom from Smoking” class at no charge. For dates
and times of next class, contact the Cardio-Pulmonary Department at Ext. 4244.
Gift Shop
Present your Birthday Card in the Gift Shop for 25% off a purchase. The
Gift Shop also offers a 25% off plush toys on the 25th of each month.
Lifeline Personal Response System
Contact Social Services at Ext. 4254 and receive free installation of the
emergency phone system.
Mammograms
All employees are eligible for a yearly mammogram. Contact the
Radiology Department, Ext. 4234.
PSA’s
All male employees may receive a free annual PSA screening. A free prostate
screening is held yearly for spouses, family and community members. Contact the Lab at Ext. 4245.
Uniform Allowance
Check with your director for information on your annual clothing allowance.
Yoga Classs
The Bellevue Hospital offers a yoga class taught by Karen Branco at the Bellevue
Recreation Center. Classes are free for employees.
