Dr. Ralofsky was certified by the MROCC, an independent physician-based certifying body which conducts an extensive application process and written examination to identify licensed physicians with the highest professional standards of medical expertise and practical skills necessary to evaluate drug and alcohol test results in public and private sectors of the workplace. The U.S. Department of Transportation, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and many companies require employee drug and alcohol testing. Federal law mandates that a qualified Medical Review Officer must make the final determination of whether a positive laboratory test represents substance abuse. Dr. Ralofsky and his wife, Dr. Michele Ralofsky, operate Life Stages Family Care Specialists, 813 Northwest Street, and also oversee The Bellevue Hospital’s Occupational Health Center at that same address. They are parents of one daughter, Sydney, and are residents of Bellevue. The two doctors have been on the hospital’s active medical staff since 2000.
