Childbirth

Refresher

Class

 

A one-session Childbirth Refresher Class, for expectant parents who have previously completed a Childbirth Class, is offered by The Family Birthing Center of The Bellevue Hospital.

The childbirth education class reviews the basics of childbirth, including breathing basics, medications and relaxation techniques.

Participants will also talk about their previous birthing experiences and changes or modifications they desire for the upcoming birth.

A fee of $5 will be charged.

 

The Childbirth Refresher Class follows from 6:00p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Both classes are held in the Burson Conference Room at the Hospital.

Participants can attend either class, or both classes.
