The Family Birthing Center of The Bellevue Hospital offers a class to answer expectant mothers’ questions on the nutritional benefits and techniques of breastfeeding.

Topics of discussion include:
The importance of good nutrition for the baby and mother.
Motivation to nurse
Correct positioning techniques
Possible nursing problems and solutions
How to return to work while nursing.

 

Classes are held from 6-8:30 p.m.
The class will be held in the Burson Conference Room at the hospital
A fee of $10 will be charged.
