Blanketing The Bellevue Hospital

Homemade blankets given by Bellevue Senior High Apparel Evaluation Class

March 27, 2003 --

 

Members of the Bellevue Senior High School's Apparel Evaluation Class
recently donated 16 handmade baby blankets to The Bellevue Hospital's
Family Birthing Center, to be used as gifts for babies born in the
local facility. Under the direction of instructor Kim Root, the juniors
and seniors took remnants and handmade the blankets as part of a
community service project.
 


Ashley Gerhardstein-Adams and

Kera Baumgartner present a blanket to
newborn Brian Vasquez, being held by his father, Noe.

He is the son of
Noe and Elizabeth Vasquez of Fremont, OH.

Brian's two siblings, Noe Jr.
and Isaac, display the new blanket.
