You are welcomed into our family and surrounded by
caring individuals who make a noticeable difference.
Our Volunteers and VolunTeens shine through by offering
assistance, sharing time and touching the lives of
others.
Our Volunteers and VolunTeens serve in many capacities
at the hospital, from welcoming guests, escorting
patients and families, to clerical and gift shop duties.
You will receive orientation and training before
you begin your adventure as a volunteer at the hospital.
And you will have the pleasure in knowing that your time will contribute to the overall quality of
care our patients receive.
To become a VolunTeen at The Bellevue
Hospital, you will need to be a student 14 to 18 years
of age and have the following characteristics:
• A willingness to learn new
things!

A desire to touch the lives of
others!
•
An ability to feel good about
yourself and your accomplishments, while making a
difference
and helping others!
•
An openness to making new
friends!
•
And a sense of belonging to the
family of The Bellevue Hospital!
