The Bellevue Hospital’s Clyde Clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30p.m. 

Family Practice Clinic appointments are scheduled Tuesday through Friday.

Lab tests are done onsite everyday, Monday through Friday, with walk-ins accepted until 4:00p.m each day.   

The Family Practice Clinic offers its services for patients in the Bellevue/Clyde/Green Springs area with Medicaid or with no insurance.  

Patients without insurance complete an HCAP application to assure program criteria.

Patients are asked for a $20 fee for service; however, patients are seen regardless of their ability to pay.
